Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligibility for returns

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused, unworn and unwashed.
• The item is in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain innerwear items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or worn products.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased under clearance or final-sale offers.
• Innerwear items that do not meet hygiene standards for return.

Return process

• Initiate a return request through our website or customer support.
• Provide your order ID and reason for return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
• Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund policy

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
• Any return shipping costs, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear images of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellation policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
