Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to cancel your order

You can submit a cancellation request through your Selsia account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Selsia account.
  2. Go to your profile or order details.
  3. Click on Cancel Items.
  4. Select the product you wish to cancel.
  5. Click on Review Changes.
  6. Click on Send Request.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team to request cancellation before your order is shipped.

Orders already shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, you must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy , subject to the applicable eligibility conditions.
